C&D Recycling Services is a vertically integrated demolition and recycling services business completing demolition projects across the US with over 35 years of experience. We are proud to be a union-based, woman-owned, DBE certified business focusing on high quality work completed safely and efficiently saving time and often at a lower cost. Our firm participates as a DBE in the Illinois Unified Certification Program (IL UCP) including IDOT, City of Chicago, Chicago Transit Authority, Metra, and Pace.

Arin Gaither
Arin is highly educated and a seasoned entrepreneur that has been in the recycling and scrap metal industry for more than 20 years. Her knowledge extends from helping to run her 130 year old family business leading to deep experience in demolition, trucking, logistics, and sustainable recycling. As the owner and President of C&D Recycling Services, she oversees the business, ensures safety and high quality work is a priority, and builds industry and community relationships.
